Joke of the Day
We Can’t Do That
A student was heading home for the holidays. When she got to the airline counter, she presented her ticket to New York. As she gave the agent her luggage, she made the remark, "I'd like you to send my green suitcase to Hawaii, and my red suitcase to London." The confused agent said, "I'm sorry, we can't do that." "Really? I am so relieved to hear you say that because that's exactly what you did to my luggage last year!"
Living Will
Last night, my wife and I were sitting in the living room and I said to her, " I never want to live in a vegetative state, dependant on some machine and fluids from a bottle. If that ever happens, just pull the plug". She got up and unplugged the TV and threw out my beer.
A Doctor with Problems
Doctor Dave slept with one of his patients and felt really guilty about it all day long. No matter how much he tried to forget about it, he couldn't. The guilt was overwhelming. Every once in a while he would hear an internal, reassuring voice in his head that said, "Dave...don't worry about it. You're not the first doctor to sleep with a patient and you certainly won't be the last. You're even single. No worries". But invariably, another voice in his head would bring him back to reality, whispering, "Dave...you're a veterinarian"!
